Returns & Refund Policy

At Muddle Studios, we take great care in handcrafting every kit and product. We want you to love what you receive- but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on opened or used products. If your item is unopened and in its original condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a return. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at muddlestudiosau@gmail.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange to send the correct item as quickly as possible.

Perishable/Consumable Products
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our powder products, we are unable to accept returns on opened tubes or pouches unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
