A mobile potion play party. We bring everything. You just show up and watch the magic happen.

Little Muddles party

This isn't a party in a box.

Every table is set with a mix of vintage silverware and wooden ware, personally sourced piece by piece – not mass-bought plastic scoops.

Every topping is a real kitchen ingredient – rock salt, rice, tapioca, dried orange, warming spices – given its own imaginative name, so children build the story themselves rather than following a script. It's a premium, hands-on sensory experience, not a standard kids' party add-on.

Pricing

Our base package rate starts at :

$575 – up to 12 children, +$45 for each additional child

1.5 hours of play, set up and packed down around your event. Please note that this does not include a party host to guide the children.

What's included in every party

  • The Potion Table – vintage silverware and wooden ware, sourced from all over, not off a shelf. We try out best to use colors and fabrics that will work well with the theme you have in mind, but for a bespoke custom experience, please get in touch with us!

  • Kitchen ingredients, imaginative names – real pantry ingredients transformed into a world of colour and texture for little hands to explore.

  • The Dress-Up Station – fairy wings, crowns, and wands, mixed and matched. Not every party

  • provider offers this.

  • A keepsake Enchant Kit for the birthday child to take home.

  • Take-home potion bottles – two mini bottles per child, so the magic goes home with them.

Running the party

You're welcome to run the party yourself! Many parents do, and it's genuinely rewarding. Just know it takes real concentration and hands-on effort: you'll be managing the table, the children, and the flow of the party all at once, start to finish.

Prefer some help? A host can take the edge off, guiding the table and keeping things moving so you can actually enjoy the party. Please note – this isn't a minding service; parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their children throughout.

One host (up to 15 children) – $180 for 1.5 hours
Two hosts (16+ children) – $340 for 1.5 hours.

Please note that there will be an extra charge for travel from our base in Thornleigh:

Party FAQs

What age is this suitable for?

Most children get the most out of it from age 3 up, but younger siblings are always welcome to join in with an adult close by.

What if it rains?

We recommend having a covered or indoor backup spot in mind – get in touch before your date and we'll help you plan around the weather.

Can we add more children on the day?

Let us know as early as you can if your numbers grow – we'll make sure we bring enough for everyone, and the extra-child rate applies.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can, especially for weekends – our dates fill quickly.

Why is your party package priced higher than others?

We take pride in our work and know that we are providing a premium service for you, your child and your guests. We also bring something different to the table, with a mix of tableware decorations, fizzy potion powder handmade by batches, and there are lots of thoughts and considerations that have been put into each and every party that has been booked with us. We believe our pricing is fair as it also covers labour, research, and many other invisible costs that have been incurred as a small business! 

Do you travel outside Thornleigh?

Yes – see our travel fees above. Just let us know your suburb when you enquire and we'll confirm the exact fee.

Is a host required?

No – many parents run the party themselves. A host is optional if you'd rather focus on enjoying the party instead of running it.
